Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Steppin Stone, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising partners, and immediate family/household members are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Steppin Stone, located in Temecula, CA. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social platform.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
How to Enter
Participants may enter in person by completing an official Giveaway Entry Card provided at the event hosted by Steppin Stone.
Only one (1) entry card per attendee is allowed unless otherwise specified.
Entry cards must be completed fully and legibly to qualify.
Entries submitted by any other method will not be accepted.
Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted only during the event, beginning at [Event Start Time] and closing at [Event End Time] on [Event Date].
All entry cards must be turned in before the giveaway closes.
Prize
The winner will receive [Insert Prize — e.g., $500 Cash Prize / $1,800 Expo Giveaway].
No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize is permitted unless the Sponsor chooses otherwise.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entry cards.
The drawing will take place during or after the event, at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact information provided on the entry card.
Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
If the winner cannot be reached, provides incomplete contact information, or fails to respond, a new winner may be selected.
Verification
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, identity, and entry authenticity before awarding the prize.
Providing false or inaccurate information on the entry card may result in disqualification.
Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree that Steppin Stone and its affiliates are not responsible for:
– Lost, stolen, damaged, or illegible entry cards
– Technical failures or event delays
– Unauthorized interference
– Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use
Entrants release the Sponsor from all claims and liabilities associated with the giveaway.
Void Where Prohibited
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Privacy
Information collected on the entry card will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway unless otherwise stated, in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions, tampers with any part of the process, provides incomplete or false information, or engages in conduct that undermines the integrity of the giveaway.
Agreement to Rules
By submitting an entry card, participants fully agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
